The ice cream social was a nice touch for families. Room cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some areas needing attention. The indoor pool is great year-round, but the arcade room is a bit small. Overall, a decent stay.

The breakfast had plenty of options and was really good. Our room smelled musty, and the decor is outdated. Enjoyed the game room, but the staff was slow to respond to our needs.

The indoor pool was a huge letdown; it started at just 3 feet deep but dropped to 5 feet quick. With my grandkids being 7 and 8, it felt too risky-definitely needed floaties. We barely swam at all.

I sensed a bit of inconsistency at the front desk regarding service based on appearance, which felt off. Housekeeping and dining staff, however, were consistently warm and welcoming. The staff is impossibly polite and helpful. Breakfast offers a lot-think biscuits, eggs, and even an ice cream social on weekends!

Just avoid the powdered eggs if you can.

Great breakfast and comfy beds. Check-in was a bit slow.

Great location, not on the strip. The friendly staff makes a solid impression. Ice cream socials and delicious apple cobbler were highlights. The pool area is nice, though you have to walk outside, which can be inconvenient in the cold. Rooms are decent-sized but need a complete update. Dust and overlooked debris detracted from the experience. The continental breakfast? Disappointing and lacking variety. Couldn't get an additional bed for my son despite online assurances. Noise from upstairs neighbors was disruptive. Improvements are needed across the board, especially regarding cleanliness and amenities. It could be an excellent stay with the right changes. Definitely room for enhancement. Would consider returning if these issues are addressed.

The rooms were super clean and inviting! I absolutely loved starting my day with an amazing breakfast, thanks to the wonderful staff. The indoor pool was a blast and a perfect place to unwind after exploring!

The hotel's central position makes it super convenient for anyone wanting to explore all that Branson has to offer, with sites like the Sight and Sound Theatres just a short, pleasant 25-minute walk away, and the Branson Landing and boardwalk easily accessible to enjoy lunch or a stroll, plus the staff were friendly and helpful while the breakfast spread was impressive, but an improvement could be made with the check-in process which was a bit delayed.

Entering the fancy lobby with its grand staircase and piano made me feel like a movie star. I had fun with the kids in the Galaxy Arcade. The buffet breakfast was a delicious start to my day.

On the bright side, the breakfast was yummy and the rooms were spacious. The hotel's location was just right - close to fun activities but still peaceful. Also, resolving issues quickly was a plus.

Our rooms weren't cleaned all week, and communication with the cleaning staff was tough. Plus, the connecting door was broken, which was a letdown.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a cool, efficient air conditioner.

The pool depth might not be suitable for younger children, starting at 3 feet deep and quickly reaching 5 feet. The breakfast area lacked some essentials like napkins and quality utensils, and the game room had a broken token machine.

The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the jacuzzi tub in our room was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day of activities. there were some areas that needed improvement. The carpet in the room had a noticeable spot near the TV area, and the room had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. The plumbing in the bathroom didn't work well, and we had to be moved to another room due to toilet issues. Even in the second room, the toilet still didn't flush well, and the shower head wouldn't stay up properly. the staff were friendly and kept the rooms very clean. The provided breakfast was satisfactory but could have been a bit more substantial. I did appreciate the efforts made to keep things tidy and the friendly service from the staff. Branson Towers could benefit from some updates and maintenance to improve the experience.

the bed was so comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, and the pool area was nice. we also enjoyed the ice cream and cobbler in the evening, where guests gathered around and visited while enjoying their desserts. the location was great, and the price was a good value. we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. And the best part? The BlackBerry pie and ice cream! This place truly exceeded our expectations.

Smoking area was inconsiderate to non-smokers, preventing us from enjoying the outdoor courtyard.
